Samples

We understand the importance of providing samples. Therefore, for peace of mind you can check the colour, material, size and quality to ensure that the product is exactly what you require. We have no minimum order for plain items so please purchase any of our items.

Simply add the products required to your basket and checkout as normal without personalising the items.

From delivery, you have up to 14 days to review and return items for a refund against the orginal invoice less any carriage charges. Garments and accessories should not have any personalised embroidery or print.

Please contact us to let us know you are returning the samples and we will provide you with a returns reference. We do not offer free collection of returning samples. It is recommended that these are sent to us using a tracked service.

On receipt of the goods, we will inspect the items to ensure they are fit for resale. We will then issue a refund against the orginal invoice less any carriage charges. Please note that any carriage costs to obtain or return the samples are non-refundable and the samples have to be sent back strictly within 14 days.
