Cancellations

Pro-forma orders can be cancelled up until payment is made. Orders for plain stock can be cancelled or returned for a refund within 14 days of order.

Bespoke items cannot be returned.

Returning your items

All printed, embroidered and custom branded stock is non-returnable due to the bespoke nature of the goods. These are considered personalised goods made to your specifications and cannot be re-sold to anyone else. It is essential that you take care to make sure the size of garment you are ordering is correct.

We want you to be delighted with your order from Branded Clothing Source, however if for any reason you wish to return your items, please do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service team to arrange.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Goods that are not faulty will be returned at your cost.

To return an item please contact us to obtain a reference & returns address.

Damaged or faulty orders

For orders which have been damaged please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. For any orders deemed to be faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the items.

Receiving your refund

All refunds will be made within 30 days of Branded Clothing Source receiving and checking the returned goods. If the products are deemed damaged and/or unsaleable then the goods will be returned and no refund given.

Exceptions

The following goods will not be eligible to be returned pursuant to this clause:

  • Underwear
  • Consumables
  • Christmas and seasonal products
  • Special offers
  • Discontinued lines
  • Any goods which have, as their function, the protection of health and safety and/or the hygiene of the wearer. By way of (non-exhaustive) examples, high visibility garments, earplugs, face masks and goggles.
